STEP 1

Obtain an Application Package (free of cost):

STEP 2

Thoroughly complete the Application Package - Such as:

1. A completed application form,

2. A copy of the most recent report card (if applicable),

3. Birth certificate (original and 2 photo copies)

4. Immunization card (original and 2 photo copies) and completed medical form

5. Transcript of last school attended (if applicable), and Release form from previous school

6. Two passport size photographs signed by J.P. / Principal.

7. Principal and Teacher recommendation

8. Parent Identification Card (original and 2 photo copies)

9. National Student Registration Card (NSRC) (if applicable)-Prep School Grades 1-6

10. A copy of Grade One Individual Learning Profile (GOILP) (if applicable)-Prep School Grades 1-6

11. A copy of Grade 3 Diagnostic, Grade 4 and 5 Literacy & Numeracy or PEP Results (if applicable)

STEP 3

Submit application form with documents attached for processing.

1. Pay application fee of $2,000.00 at the Business Office. Payment may be made at the office via cheque or debit card.

The Admissions Department will not review your application without payment of your Application Fee.

STEP 4

After all admissions requirements are met, you will be contacted either by email or a telephone call to say whether or not your child has been accepted.

STEP 5

Collect Acceptance Package at the schools information desk. Please note:-

1. Pay Commitment Fee of $10,000.00 within 7 days of acceptance offer. This is a non- refundable deposit on part of your child’s school fee in order to secure placement.
